Raised in California, Dr. Don Tran received a bachelor of science degree in biology at Chapman University. In 2001, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in Miami, Florida at Nova Southeastern University.  His previous employment was with Community Health Center in Nipomo before serving as Captain in the United States Army  in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. After his commission ended, he returned to Nipomo to begin his private dental practice.

               Dr. Don Tran is a member of the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce, Central Coast Dental Society, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He enjoys the central coast area for its natural beauty, its beaches, and for its community. He enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, running and surfing. You may even find him jogging in Nipomo or surfing in Pismo Beach!
